Air Commodore Visit - 26^th March 2009

Recently 83 Squadron was honoured to receive a visit from Air Commodore Stewart, the Commandant of the Air Training Corps. Accompanying the Air Commodore were Group Captain Allen, the Wales and West Regional Commandant and Wing Commander D'Anna, OC West Mercian Wing.

During the Air Commodore's visit he watched cadets participating in various command tasks. He was very impressed with the leadership potential of some of our younger cadets and commented on how impressed he was with such a young squadron.

At the end of the evening the Air Commodore spoke to the squadron and asked the cadets if they had any questions. The cadets particularly enjoyed speaking to the Air Commodore and felt privileged to have met him.
